How to Access Your Tenant Portal
You can access your tenant portal with your login credentials by visiting www.rentecdirect.com/tenants or by using the button above. You can also Download the App - Resident Connect by Rentec Direct. Just search your app store for Resident Connect by Rentec Direct to download your Tenant Portal app.
How to Pay Rent Online
You can easily pay rent online through the Payments tab in your Tenant Portal. To get set up, follow these simple steps:
Log into your Tenant Portal
Click the Payments tab
Click “Add Payment Account” then “Add Bank Account”
Enter bank routing # and account #, read over the agreement, and click “add account”.
Once your bank information is saved, you can make a one-time payment or schedule recurring monthly rent payments. Paycards and similar accounts do not work – must be a bank checking account. All types of funds will still be accepted at the office located at 17822 S Bryant Rd, Tahlequah, OK 74464 on the 1st and the 5th of each month from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Payments outside of those hours will need to be paid either online or at a Pay Near Me location.
Online ACH Payments with a checking account through your tenant portal do not have a fee. Credit Card or Pay Card payments are not accepted.

Visit your Tenant Portal to Pay Near Me:
1. Log into your Tenant Portal.
2. Click the Payments Tab in your Tenant Portal and click the Pay With Cash button.
3. Location can be changed by clicking “Change Store” under Payment Location.
4. Choose to: print the payslip or send it to your phone
5. Take the slip or your phone to the location you chose to pay with cash.
